ALF Property/Building Evaluation (On-Site) Visit (Counties: Hillsborough, Polk, Pasco, Pinellas)

The consultant will perform a thorough physical inspection of your potential assisted living residence to assess its compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to ensure it adheres to the guidelines set by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

This evaluation will involve verifying the distance requirements established by the state of Florida.

Following the inspection, the consultant will provide detailed instructions and valuable recommendations to help you navigate the initial licensing procedures. This proactive approach will ensure that your facility meets all necessary legal standards and is well-prepared to serve its residents effectively and safely.

Aside from physically inspecting the property, our consultant will:

History of the property (any liens/ law suits or pending issues)
