Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Purpose - This No Refund Policy explains the terms that apply to purchases of courses, training services, consulting services, digital materials, forms, templates, and any other products or services offered by Advanced Healthcare Medical Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a course, service, digital product, or training material from us, the purchaser agrees to this No Refund Policy
2. All Sales Are Final - All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once a course, service, training, consultation, digital product, form, template, or material has been purchased, accessed, scheduled, delivered, emailed, downloaded, opened, activated, or otherwise made available to the purchaser or to any third party acting on behalf of the purchaser.
3. Courses and Digital Materials - Because our courses and digital materials may include immediate access to proprietary training content, course materials, downloadable resources, forms, templates, recorded content, online learning modules, or instructor-supported materials, no refunds will be issued after purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to, purchases where:
· The course or materials have been delivered, accessed, opened, downloaded, emailed, activated, or made available;
· The purchaser or an authorized user has received login access, course links, digital files, Zoom access, training materials, or course instructions;
· The purchaser does not complete the course, misses a scheduled session, fails to follow instructions, or does not meet course completion requirements;
· The purchaser experiences a delay caused by failure to respond, provide required information, attend training, complete assignments, or follow consultant or instructor directives; or
A third party acting on behalf of the purchaser accesses or uses the course, materials, or services.
4. Consulting, Training, and Professional Services - Fees paid for consulting, training, professional services, project support, document review, accreditation support, compliance support, business development, or customized assistance are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled, initiated, performed, delivered, or made available. We are not responsible for delays, incomplete results, missed deadlines, or reduced outcomes caused by a client’s failure to provide required information, attend meetings, complete assigned tasks, follow written or verbal instructions, respond in a timely manner, or comply with consultant recommendations or directives
5. Customized or Personalized Products and Services - No refunds will be issued for any customized, personalized, or client-specific products or services, including but not limited to customized forms, templates, training documents, manuals, consulting deliverables, compliance documents, accreditation tools, business documents, or materials created to the purchaser’s specifications
6. No Cancellations After Purchase - Orders may not be cancelled for a refund after purchase. If a purchaser contacts us regarding a scheduling issue or access concern, we may, at our sole discretion, offer reasonable assistance, rescheduling, reactivation, or technical support when appropriate. Any such assistance does not create a right to a refund.
7. Proof of Purchase Required - Any request for account support, access assistance, correction of billing information, or review of a payment concern must include proof of purchase. We are unable to review payment issues without sufficient proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, order confirmation, transaction record, or payment confirmation.
8. Duplicate Billing or Processing Error - If a purchaser believes there was a duplicate charge or processing error, the purchaser must contact us by email at contact@advancedhcms.com with proof of duplicate purchase and a clear explanation of the issue within 24hrs. Verified duplicate billing or confirmed processing errors may be corrected at our sole discretion after review.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes – Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, purchasers are encouraged to contact us at contact@advancedhcms.com so we can review the concern. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to any products, materials, services or future purchases while the matter is being reviewed.
